- Manage project invoicing, including change orders, material purchases and service professionals labor hours.
- Facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring adherence to construction site regulations and best practices.
- Understanding of home repair and home construction projects.
- Experience with project scheduling techniques and construction management methodologies.
