Think Green Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Operations team and assist in the administration, organization, and coordination of lighting projects. This position is ideal for someone early in their project or operations career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, preparing schedules, communicating updates, and ensuring project information is accurate and accessible. Prior exposure to lighting, electrical, or construction environments is considered an asset but is not required.
· Assist Project Manager in creating and maintaining project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments on product availability and timelines.
· Prepare scope sheets, site notes, client documents, approvals, and follow-up communications.
· Maintain organized digital project files and reporting systems.
· Track project progress and escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager or Operations Manager.
· Communicate with clients to confirm required details, timelines, and updates.
· Support warehouse and installation teams by providing accurate project information.
· Assist with site documentation, including photos, measurements, and notes.
· Contribute to improving workflow efficiency within the Operations department.
· Learning and effectively using lighting layout software.
· Prepare quotes using Think Green Solutions’ custom-built quoting system.
· 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or office support.
· Lighting, electrical, or construction industry exposure considered an asset.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
· Clear communication skills and comfort working with various internal and external stakeholders.
· Eagerness to learn project management processes and grow within the role.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.
