located near Dubreuilville in Northwestern Ontario and is an underground gold mine operation. Reporting to the Expansion Project Controls Manager the Project Administrative Assistant will provide assistance with project control functions; including management of invoices and project registers.

- Receive all project invoices, complete initial checks, and coding, and manage workflow for approvals through submission to accounts payable for payment.

- Maintain project registers for all project invoices.

- Maintain project contacts list.

- Input requisitions for project expenditures.

- Review project commitments to ensure close out of open commitments in collaboration with Cost Control and Supply Chain.

- Manage receipt of material packing slips and matching to material invoices in collaboration with Logistics Coordinators.

- Develop and maintain project labour outlook for purposes of camp loading requirements.

- Create a group calendar for tracking of Team vacation and work offsite.

- Assist with onboarding of contractors when required.

- Create, maintain, and update project data spreadsheets as required.

- Management of office supplies.

- Other tasks as required.

Experience

Preferred

- Diploma in Business Administration.

- 3-5 years administrative work experience.

- Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills including attention to detail and rigor.

- Mining or heavy industrial construction experience considered an asset.

- Experience using SAP considered an asset.

- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (mandatory).

- Excellent planning, leadership, organization and communication skills.

- Ability to communicate and interact within all levels of the organization.

- Ability and willingness to work different schedule on site based on project needs
