About The Role
The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that align with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and budgets are managed effectively to meet financial targets. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive program success and mitigate risks. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Experience in crisis management and developing contingency plans.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or related graduate degree.
- Experience in proposal development and business administration.
- Familiarity with support program operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues or risks.
- Prepare and present program proposals, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Support crisis management efforts by developing contingency plans and responding to unforeseen challenges.
- Utilize Microsoft Project and other tools to track progress and optimize resource management.
