This position will work with the organization’s new, current, and former employees to assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training processes. Responsible for the research, develop, and implement of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position must adhere to all the rules and policies as well as ensuring the organization’s practices comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Pay:

This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $65,000-$95,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience. Position will be based out of our corporate office in Englewood, CO. Position requires travel for recruiting and other events up to 30% (subject to change)
