We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Talent Advisor to lead end-to-end hiring for Software Engineering as well as AI and Machine Learning roles. This person will partner directly with business and technical leaders to shape hiring strategy, drive candidate engagement, and deliver top-tier talent in a competitive space.
What You’ll Do:
•Act as the main hiring partner for AI/ML teams across the org - Must have this
•Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, with a focus on hard-to-fill AI/tech roles
•Build proactive sourcing strategies for technical and niche profiles
•Guide hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices
•Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
•Use data to inform decisions, drive pipeline health, and report on progress
What You Bring:
•5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in AI, ML, or data science
•Proven ability to manage complex searches and multiple reqs at once
•Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
•Hands-on sourcing chops with a creative approach to outreach
•Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have:
•Experience hiring for AI research teams or deep learning orgs
•Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting automation platforms
•Knowledge of compensation structures in AI and startup/tech environments
