This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nogales, AZ. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and revising production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. Daily activities include developing and managing production plans, coordinating with various teams to meet deadlines, and monitoring inventory levels. The Production Planner will also analyze operational reports, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline production processes. Effective communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders is essential to the role.
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration
- Proficiency in using production planning software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain management is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
