This position is responsible for end-to-end SCM data management, PSI analysis (Purchase–Sales–Inventory), vendor performance evaluation, and ERP information integrity. The role will support Procurement, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance by calculating optimal purchasing timing and quantities based on demand forecasts, safety stock models, and lead-time planning. The position is based in San Franciso, California; 10% of domestic travel may be required.
- Develop and manage PSI dashboards to determine optimal purchase timing, reorder points, minimum order quantities, and supply planning scenarios.
- Analyze historical demand, installation forecasts, vendor lead times, and inventory turns to recommend procurement strategies.
- Maintain vendor master data including pricing, contractual lead times, MOQ, freight terms, and performance KPIs.
- Perform supply chain data auditing between ERP systems to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and validate BOM accuracy and update material attributes to support procurement planning.
- Prepare monthly supply chain risk reports, including material shortage risk, excess/obsolete status, and forecast accuracy metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply delays, forecast deviations, and ERP data gaps.
- Support S&OP meetings with supply/demand balancing analysis.
- Collaborate with procurement to propose optimized order strategies based on inventory aging reports, consumption trends, and budget control.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines to track PO life cycle, inbound shipments, and invoice matching accuracy.
- Create automated reporting tools in Excel (Power Query, PowerPivot, Macros), and assist in the transition to internal BI platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Fulfillment, Project Delivery, and Finance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.- Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience in PSI planning, demand forecasting, or material requirements planning (MRP).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, lead-time calculation, and inventory management principles.
- Experience with ERP data management (e.g., Rootstock, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and develop actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, Power Query, Pivot Tables, data modeling.

- Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex supply chain problems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.

- BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- SQL query knowledge
