Process Quality Specialist

The Process Quality Specialist supports Badger Manufacturing by developing, implementing, and sustaining quality systems that enhance product reliability, manufacturing consistency, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. The role analyzes production processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that improve product quality, reduce defects, and strengthen manufacturing excellence across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing:

- Develops, implements, monitors, and improves quality standards and control systems supporting manufacturing operations and continuous improvement outcomes.

- Leads initiatives to enhance document and revision management for standards, work processes, and forms across manufacturing, while inspecting, monitoring, and analyzing quality performance related to materials, equipment, processes, and specifications.

- Collaborates with the Quality Assurance Supervisor, quality technicians, and production teams to improve operational metrics and support achievement of organizational goals.

- Reviews quality incidents, processes deviations, and tracks corrective actions through to successful closure.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Need For Success:

- Associate degree in quality, quality assurance, engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent education and experience considered.

- 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing is considered an asset.
