Snapshot of Your Day:
You will be involved in day-to-day continues improvement activities in a cross functional environment. You will contribute to the success of the team through daily Gemba walks, Spot checks, value stream mapping, and contributing to weekly performance reviews and KPI monitoring of manufacturing. You will be working with a wide range of departments and stakeholders to define new improvement projects.
Your Tasks:
- Practice classical operational excellence concepts in day-today activities.
- Actively participate in the production workflow by identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to eliminate them.
- Prepare and analyze value stream maps.
- Review, monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs such as efficiency, productivity, utilization, OEE, throughput etc.
- Contribute and collaborate in layout-and workstation designs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze workflow environment and propose improvements to the existing process.
- Deploy six sigma methods, maintain learning hub, conduct training, and manage projects
- Education: Bachelors in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in implementing lean, six sigma projects.
- Certifications: Six sigma green belt
- Passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft suite is must to have.
- SAP or similar ERP knowledge is an asset.
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD and inventor is an asset
- Working knowledge in flow simulation and programming language is an asset

In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $100,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including paid vacation, group health benefits, pension plan, bonus, and additional employee programs.
