Liberty Lift Solutions LLC is a growing oilfield company seeking an extremely motivated Price Book Administrator to join our team. This role collaborates cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment based out of our Houston, TX office.
This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer price books. The Price Book Administrator is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and execution of items, cost, and pricing data within our systems. This position is computer-intensive and requires excellent attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and effective communication. Relevant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the system gatekeeper for setup and price book changes.
- Maintain and update pricing and price lists using advanced Excel tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and ensure proposed solutions align with company policies.
- Monitor pricing execution and quickly resolve price book discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage multiple projects and documents with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Support pricing strategies that balance customer satisfaction and profitability while aligning with key company initiatives.
- Assist with all aspects of pricing, including maintaining price lists, developing the pricing portion of proposal responses, and coordinating proposal submissions (including detailed paperwork).
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to manage high volumes of changes under tight deadlines.

- Ability to learn new online operating systems required to perform the tasks associated with the job.
- Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, corresponding timely in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Open Ticket and Open Invoice experience required.
- 1+ years of invoice submittal experience (oil and gas industry preferred)- Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
- Qualified to work in the US.
1 - 2 years of experience in price book management
Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, data validation).
