Polyurea spray coating painting applicator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Applicator to join our team. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying polyurea in various finishes to surfaces according to project specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials.

Responsibilities:

- The management of two laborers whom prep materials to be coated.

- Apply coatings using Graco machinery / high pressure polyurea

- Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of coatings

- Follow project specifications and instructions to achieve desired results

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a polyurea applicator or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of different coating materials and application techniques

- Familiarity with construction processes and techniques

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods

Skills:

Automotive Painting experience is a plus.

Must be mechanically inclined as applicant would be responsible for equipment maintenance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.56 per hour

- 8 hour shift
