Role Summary
As a
Plumbing Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our plumbing operations, providing leadership, support, and training to ensure every job is done right. You’ll develop your team, ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, and uphold our core values. Above all, you’ll promote a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment in everything we do.

- Operational Excellence Oversee efficient planning of materials, labor forecasting, and resource allocation to exceed customer expectations while maintaining financial performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration Liaise with support teams, sales, field teams, and procurement to ensure best practices and smooth operations.
- Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory of fleet, parts, and materials, ensuring zero discrepancies and efficient resource use.
- External Relations Collaborate with vendors, community leaders, and third-party partners to strengthen relationships and ensure business success.
- Business Growth Drive company growth by meeting financial goals, analyzing cost data, and implementing new strategies to align with overall business objectives.
- Safety & Compliance Promote a safe, accident-free work environment and adhere to all Max Service Group policies and legal regulations.
- Coaching & Development Recognize and reward your team’s hard work through regular coaching and performance evaluations, ensuring growth and engagement.
- Strategic Planning Lead the charge on manpower planning, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with business and production goals.
- Continuous Improvement Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and take action to achieve revenue and profit margin targets. Conduct ride-alongs and 11 training sessions to support team development.
- Facility Maintenance Ensure the proper maintenance and appearance of the building and grounds to reflect our brand’s professionalism and commitment to excellence.
- Achieve Financial Targets Meet or exceed budgeted goals annually.
- Team Engagement Maintain high levels of retention and employee satisfaction.
- Team Growth Grow the team through our Nexstar process and encourage continuous development.

Qualifications - Do You Have What It Takes?
- 5-8 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Journeyman Licensed Plumber (or willing to obtain)
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
- Proven ability to drive results, manage budgets, and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering excellence
