What You’ll Do

At Anthony PHCE, we believe in professionalism, technical skill, and doing things right the first time. As a Service Plumber, you’ll handle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing service calls while working in a stable, well-supported environment. - Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers

- Diagnose issues accurately and recommend solutions with integrity

- Educate customers on maintenance options and financing plans

- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried service truck

- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customer service, and team members

- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time

- Participate in scheduled trainings, meetings, and professional development

- Mentor apprentices to support accuracy and skill growth across the team

- Provide exceptional customer service by treating each customer’s home with care, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction on every job

What You Bring to the Team

- 1+ years of plumbing service experience

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and troubleshooting

- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality work

- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role

- Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
