This full-time, multi-functional role supports the CEO of Trust Therapeutics, in personal, professional, and media-related responsibilities. You will assist with travel, errands, scheduling, and daily needs — while also filming content, coordinating events, and supporting operations with discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Manage errands, daily tasks, shopping, and local arrangements
- Handle daily pet care (feeding, vet appointments, medications, etc.)
- Provide emotional and logistical support during high-stress or urgent situations
- Prepare and manage light meals, personal scheduling, and reminders
- Flex availability to respond quickly during travel, filming days, or emergencies
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including hotels, airport transfers, passports, in-cabin pet arrangements, and visa documents
- Research and schedule networking events, media appearances, or retreats
- Occasionally accompany the CEO on travel or assist with remote logistics
- Record behind-the-scenes video and photography for the CEO’s personal brand and Trust Therapeutics
- Upload and organize content for the Marketing team with timely delivery
- Work closely with the Senior Development Assistant (Marketing) to follow creative direction and campaign needs
- Assist in event setup, content capture, and coordination at brand activations or public speaking events
- Calendar management, document prep, meeting reminders
- Maintain secure handling of Lisa’s personal and professional information
- Support invoice management, expense reporting, and reimbursements via the Executive Assistant
- Maintain order checklists, travel packing templates, and scheduling trackers
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (hospitality, communications, business, etc.)
Comfortable learning new tools: Notion, Stripe, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, etc.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a personal/executive assistant, hospitality, or logistics role
- Valid U.S. Passport and willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated ability to manage urgent or high-pressure situations
- Prior experience caring for pets or coordinating vet schedules preferred
- Experience with media production, social content creation, or branding support is a plus
- Must be flexible, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent
- Knowledge of Puerto Rico and Caribbean culture and local community is highly preferred
