The Administrative Assistant will support the Vice President of Energy. This key role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, helping drive departmental efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, problem-solver, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the VP of Energy, including managing calendars, meetings, emails, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents
- Act as the liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate department meetings, including agendas and materials
- Take detailed meeting notes and drive assigned action items to completion
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with divisional leadership on key initiatives and projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
You are someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably supporting executive leadership
- Experience in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, which reflects a good-faith estimate based on market data and internal equity.
