We are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator at our Marlborough, MA location. This position will ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for numerous locations across the US. You will also support employee enquiries and help to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Process timesheets from automated time collection system on a weekly basis.
- Prepare the tax file to third party filing service for statutory tax reporting.
- Assist with Year End reporting and W2 processing.
- Maintain employee records relating to payroll employer contributions.
- Associate degree or higher in related field or 3-5 years of experience in Payroll Administration.
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state tax requirements
- Experience with the following systems is a plus: Deltek Time Collection, Microsoft Office, and Power BI (reporting)
