Payroll and HR Technician

- Prepare for the arrival of new employees (PDAs, cards, access, etc.);

- Process and create hires in the HR software;

- Follow up on missing documents and group insurance enrollments;

- Administering the Service Recognition Program;

- Produce HR reports and documents (labour movements, employment confirmations, etc.);

- Support payroll validation and answer employee questions;

- Rigorously update employee files and participate in the management of terminations;

- Participate in process improvements and replace the receptionist as needed.

To Become Our Payroll And HR Technician

- You have a DEC in office automation or administration (or equivalent training);

- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;

- You are proficient in the Office Suite (intermediate Excel);

- You have experience with HR and payroll systems (ADP, an asset);

- You are rigorous, have excellent organizational skills and are confidential;

- You are autonomous, proactive and have good judgment; You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking teams).
