Solstice Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator (3 - 6 Month Contract to Perm opportunity) for our EPC client based in Houston, Texas. Role is HYBRID 4 days per week in the West Houston office and 1 day per week work from home.
- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years HR experience required
- Proficient and experienced with ADP Workforce Now and Workday required
- W2 Hourly rate DOE (plus OT) – 3 – 6 Month Contract with Perm Opportunity
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll (and expense reimbursement where relevant).
- Provide applicable payroll and financial reports such as general ledger information and respond to internal requests as needed
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local legislation affecting payroll, benefits and expense management.
- Prepare, document and process payroll (and expense reimbursement where relevant) from start to finish, ensuring accurate entries, deductions and appropriate payroll taxes are reported and paid
- Oversee payroll processes and execution and 401k managementBachelor’s degree and 5+ years HR / Payroll experience
- 3+ years experience in ADP Workforce Now and Workday required
- Experienced with payroll processing and 401k oversight required
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations with experience in Payroll, Benefits and HR systems.
