Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant.
- Process Payroll for the company employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional development.
- Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA and OSHA.
- Maintain HRIS systems like UltiPro, Paychex, Oracle HCM, or Dayforce for accurate data collection, entry, and reporting.
- Conduct project management tasks as directed.
- Manage HR sourcing activities through social media management and other channels to attract top talent.
- Proven experience in third party payroll processing.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
