Parts Technician

Parts Technician Location: Rocky Mountain House, AB

WPI Canada is a subsidiary of Waukesha Pearce Industries (WPI) and a growing presence in the Canadian Natural Gas Service Industry. We have immediate openings for Parts Technicians at our Rocky Mountain House location.

Journeyman Red Seal Parts Technicians and registered apprentices are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, issue, and manage parts and inventory for field and shop operations

- Support service technicians with accurate parts identification and sourcing

- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization

- Coordinate parts orders, returns, and core tracking

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Journeyman Red Seal Parts Technician or Parts Technician apprentice

- Experience and working knowledge of gas compression equipment, including:

- Waukesha engines

- Caterpillar engines

- Ariel compressors

- Screw compression systems

- General knowledge of compression packages and related components

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

- Clean Driver’s Abstract

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
