Tiger is seeking professional Class 1 Drivers to operate tractor-trailer units for the safe and timely delivery of calcium chloride to customer sites and field storage locations throughout Western Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring secure load handling, maintaining compliance with transportation regulations, and representing Tiger with professionalism at all delivery locations.
As part of our hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment screening, which may include drug and alcohol testing as well as a criminal record check.

# What you will do in this role:
- Pull parts from inventory and supply to mechanics and field maintenance;
- Ownership of the parts room, and parts;
- Issue parts on repair orders;
- Perform cycle counts and inventory counts;
- Source parts from suppliers and work with procurement on purchasing;
- Manage bin locations, part numbers, min/max and dead inventory;
- Ship and receive materials as needed;
- Relief for Shipper/Receiver position;
- Keep warehouse in a neat and tidy order;
- Adhere to all Tiger policies and procedures.
- Parts Technician certification would be considered an asset;
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License;
- Experience working with bin locations, part numbers, safety stock and min/max;
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory counts;
- Experience with data entry on work orders;
- Five years + experience working with industrial, heavy duty truck parts and consumables in a transportation shop;- Attention to detail with strong planning, organizational and communication skills;
- Experience working with consignment inventory;
- Experience with TMT software application would be considered an asset;
- Experience operating a forklift would be an asset;
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements including drug, alcohol, health assessment, and criminal background check.
Physical Requirements – physical demands are moderate, consisting primarily of sitting, standing, walking
- Warehouse setting. Comfortable with wearing PPE. Comfortable in a fast paced setting. Exposure to conditions such as extreme heat or cold is possible.
- Occasional travel to our Mitsue (Slave Lake) location will be required.
