Testing, Measurement & Documentation

- Complete build-up sheets with accurate “as-left” close tolerance measurements.

- Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, torque tools, and specialty equipment.

- Ensure all work meets Nikkiso quality, safety, and technical standards.

- Complete detailed repair documentation, inspection reports, and work orders.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within workshop processes.

Collaboration & Operational Support

- Partner with engineers and project managers to execute repair scopes and meet delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with supply chain teams for parts and materials.

- Support inventory management of tools, consumables, and replacement components.

Safety & Professional Standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.

- Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs.

- Model safety accountability and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

- Strong experience working with rotating equipment such as pumps, turbo machinery, compressors, or similar precision systems.

- Experience with precision balancing equipment.

- Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and mechanical specifications.

- Advanced precision measurement skills.

Core Competencies
