The Opportunity:

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our panel assembly team. You'll be assembling residential aluminum fence panels using air tools and fasteners in a structured production environment. The more panels you build, the more you earn — there is no cap on production.

No experience? No problem. We'll train you. What we can't train is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a good attitude — those have to come from you.

What You'll Do

- Assemble residential aluminum fence panels using air tools and screws

- Follow assembly specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality output

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Work efficiently and safely throughout your shift

- Contribute positively to a team-driven production environment

What We're Looking For

- Reliable — you show up on time, every time

- Ability to stand, lift, and work with your hands throughout a shift

- No prior manufacturing experience required

Compensation & Schedule

- Pay: Per-panel production rate — the harder you work, the more you make

- Pay Frequency: Weekly

- Schedule: Full-time hours available

- No ceiling on how many panels you can produce

How to Get Started — Weekly Paid Tryouts

We believe in letting the work speak for itself. That's why we hold paid tryout sessions every Friday from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Come in, get hands-on, and see if this is the right fit for you — with no commitment required upfront. This position remains open on an ongoing basis as we continue to grow our team.
