We are currently seeking for an assembly and will perform all operations necessary in the final assembly of any Velan Valve as per instructions.

- Working from production orders, QCIs, drawings, and other written instructions the Assembler B will complete all operations necessary to completely assemble a valve including but not limited to cleaning, deburring, lapping, assembly and installation of gear, motor, or air operator
- Troubleshoot and repair problems that may arise
- May be called on to provide orientation or instructions to other employees
- May be called on to do minor upkeep and maintenance and report machine malfunctions or maintenance problems
- Required to always maintain good housekeeping practices
- High School degree (GED)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience assembling valves or other similar products
- Must be able to read and understand instructions from production orders, drawings, quality control instructions or other production documents
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, be well practiced with common hand tools, and possess the ability to balance several tasks at once
- May be required to have personal hand tools available as required for the job
- Applicants may be required to pass a written or practical exam
