- $17.30/hour and up based on experience

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for inspecting and hanging parts on the paint line in order of the paint schedule

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inspect parts for scratches and other imperfections per customer specifications

- Separate rejected parts when necessary

- Assemble hooks, racks and various other hanging devices in preparation of hanging parts on line to be painted

- Hang parts on line in specified order assuring best paint coverage and least amount of hook marks

- Complete paperwork and maintain records as needed

- Maintain accurate count of parts, both raw and rework

- Apply masking to parts and, when required, remove masking from finished painted parts

- Maintain washer level and chemicals; monitor washers making sure washers are On or Off as required

- Record all maintenance activity

- Make hang on setup sheets
