Outside Sales Representative

We are a growing roofing company seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for a driven individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners protect their biggest investment-their home. You'll receive training, support and unlimited earning potential through high commissions.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and company-provided opportunities.

2. Meet with homeowners to explain roofing services and perform inspections.

3. Provide accurate estimates and explain project details clearly.

4. Guide customers through the sales process, from intial contact to signed contract.

5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

1. Prior sales experiences (roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred, but not required).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

4. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

5. Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
