- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals and expand customer base.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with territory management and account management practices.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and its application in managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and strategy development.
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required.
