We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our steel door products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and architects.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Track sales activities and report progress to management.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our products.
- Visit Jobsites and builders offices.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of steel doors and related products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
