This position is responsible for effectively assisting the daily operations of the Operations Excellence department, being responsible for understanding and assisting with managing the entire operation of the landfill gas treatment facility, from plant to field to personnel, including the delegation of work and materials to meet company needs, as well as general supervision to ascertain the work performance and safety of employees. Participation in all levels of operations, including but not limited to the coordination of all OE aspects of the company, the training of all employees, working with all department heads, and ensuring effective work operations in the plant/field. Assist in operator training and policies for the company, ensure policies are implemented. Lead the development of the PI Vision Dashboards for all sites. Assist in all Process Investigation, Down Time reviews, and manage the action items/projects generated from these analyses.
- Assist in operations of all Morrow facilities and troubleshooting
- Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
- Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment
- Assist in planning for shutdowns and improvement projects
- Assist in Operations Training for Employees
- Work closely with Operators and PMs/supervisors and buy into all the improvements we’re making to the program
- Review/Update Inventory lists
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Manage incident reporting with OSHA
- Process Investigation Management/Reporting
- Develop Lessons Learned from Process Incidents
- Assist in developing Site/Equipment Documentation
- Down Time Reviews / Loss Evaluations and Solutions
- Develop and Use PI Vision for Morrow Facilities / Dashboards Champion
- Develop Operations Procedures, Standards and Checklist
- Assist with incident investigations to ensure thorough documentation and resolution
- Review and support internal and external audits, including follow-up of corrective actions
- Participate in all weekly plant calls
- Assist and lead the development of the Morrow MOC program

- Callout and unscheduled overtime is required and anticipated.
- Must be able to respond to callouts within 30 minutes
- Common knowledge of hand and power tools
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers
