POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Consultant with a strong background in management consulting and a deep knowledge of the energy and electrical utility industry.

You lead enterprise-level transformations from strategy through execution—working with senior stakeholders to assess operations, diagnose root causes, and design data-driven solutions. You apply established consulting methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, organizational change enablement, and operational excellence frameworks, to align teams, embed execution discipline, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

Success in this role demands sharp analytical thinking, effective stakeholder leadership, and the ability to drive meaningful impact in complex, regulated environments.

You will be part of Quanta Technology’s Operational Excellence team within Program Management, dedicated to managing the full spectrum of organizational dynamics, from strategy to portfolio and program management to business process optimization. Our team comprises seasoned experts and young talents with extensive experience and fresh perspectives in the utility and energy industries. We foster a strong team spirit and a collaborative environment, supporting each other to achieve excellence and continuous improvement in every project.
