About this opportunity

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs via telephone and email through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. This position is scheduled between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Alternative hours may be considered.
