We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests.
•Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat to address concerns and provide solutions.
•Utilize computerized systems to log customer interactions, track issues, and manage follow-ups.
•Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
•Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services and support initiatives.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Experience
•Previous experience in customer support or client services of 3+ years.
•Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
•Proficiency in using computers for data entry and managing customer information.
•Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent analytical skills.
•Experience in outbound calling is desirable but not mandatory.
