We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Burley location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:
•Independently, professionally, & quickly respond to incoming calls
•Provide outstanding Customer Service
•Assist customers with concerns and distribute all relevant detailed data from the call to the appropriate person via phone call and/or email
•Maintain a detailed customer data base in DASH & QuickBooks
•Operate effectively and professionally in a close team environment requiring self-motivation and multi-tasking
•Provide administrative support to managers, estimators, and technicians
•Ensure front office area is clean and free of clutter
•Assist with and help maintain appointment calendar(s)
•Check and maintain office supplies
•Other duties as assigned
You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:
•Previous customer service experience
•Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Professional verbal and written etiquette
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
