Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system.
Help manage the day to day dispatch and scheduling operations.
Responsible for contacting customers regarding scheduling issues and scheduling service technicians for jobs.
Responsible for coordinating communication between management, service technicians, field supervisors, customers, warehouse, and office staff.
Provide high level of customer service over the phone and email.
Must be detail oriented, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient with Google Calendar, Google Maps, MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Pay: Based on experience.'
