Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.

Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Process cash handling transactions securely and efficiently when required.

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

•

Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide informed assistance.

•

Assist in call center operations as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

•

Offer client services that enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

•

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

•

Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and customer management is required.

•

Experience in cash handling is a plus.

•

Familiarity with call center environments or client services is advantageous.

•

Multilingual abilities are considered an asset, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

•

A background in sales is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
