Customer Service Representative
Utility Partners of America is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to work five days, 40 hours a week. Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
Location: Greer, SC
Requirements:
Shift: Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm
•1-2 years of experience in providing customer service in a call center setting
•Dependable: Attendance is imperative.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
•Self-motivated to work under his/her own initiative.
•The ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and overcome objections.
•Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
•Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
•The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow up.
Qualifications:
•Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
•Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
•Must be at least 18 years of age or older
