- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Generating Invoices
- Quoting and Calculating potential new work
- Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services.
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting activities.
- Onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Ensure effective communication within the office, including phone etiquette when handling multi-line phone systems.
- Organize filing systems for both digital and physical documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Experience in office management or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Beneficial to have experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software, but will train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
