Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills to effectively manage office operations. As the face of Charger Energy Services, you will man the front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.


Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training coordination.

- Handle scheduling, including appointments and meetings.

- Maintain employee records and manage administrative documentation.

- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal inventory levels.

- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.

- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.

- Address employee queries regarding office management issues.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies in the office environment.

- Support HR in various administrative tasks as needed.

- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

- Answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

- Assist executive team with duties as requested.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks software.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to excellence.

- Friendly, enthusiastic, welcoming, and outgoing demeanor.

- Must be able to type at least 40-60 words per minute.

- Ability to work 30 minutes to 1 hour every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

Work Schedule:

- In-office position, Monday to Friday, from 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM.
