- Monitor real estate development project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Assist leadership with scheduling, task follow-ups, and documentation related to construction, permitting, leasing, and financing.
- Maintain project dashboards or trackers and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Facilitate transaction processing, listing entry, client follow-up, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and brokerage requirements and perform internal audits of these requirements.
- Manage multiple software systems, including but not limited to REMLogics and DoorLoop
- Oversee administrative functions related to tenant communications, lease documentation, rent collection tracking, and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain organized records for all managed properties including insurance, inspections, and service contracts.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and property owners when needed.
- Assists with general accounting tasks in coordination with the accounting department.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and other individuals inside and outside the company, exhibits a professional and courteous manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.- A high school diploma or equivalent education with three or more (3+) years of experience in office management preferably in real estate, development, or property management.
- Applies excellent customer service and telephone etiquette when handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions professionally.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms such as Crexi, DoorLoop, RemLogics, BuilderTrend, property management systems, or project tracking software.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Two or four (2 or 4) year college degree.
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience supporting real estate transactions or managing tenant relations.
- Familiarity with property management tools (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, BuilderTrend) and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
