- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor management.
- Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks accounting software for financial reporting and data entry.
- Assist with bank reconciliation processes to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and reports.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Proven experience as a Office Manager or in a similar role within an accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
