As our Office Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and Mentor:* Guide and empower our office personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Financial Oversight:* Manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Payroll Management:* Administer payroll processes diligently and accurately, ensuring timely compensation for our dedicated team.
AP/AR Coordination:* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Operational Excellence:* Maintain the day-to-day flow of business operations, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges.
Process Improvement:* Identify and implement efficiencies to optimize office procedures and enhance productivity.
