Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping:

- Oversee the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Process accounts payable and receivable, including managing invoices, payments, and receipts.

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.

- Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping and related calculations.

- Prepare financial reports for management, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements.

- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and financial regulations.

- Assist with year-end audits and tax filings as needed.

- Record Keeping/File Management:

- Maintain accurate physical and digital files using systems such as HubDoc.

- Organize and track all important documents and ensure easy access when required.

- Office Administration:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.

- Organize office supplies and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

- Provide general administrative support for the team.

- Invoicing customers

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping.

- Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
