We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to join our Estevan office.

Job Summary

The Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting tasks, along with general administrative duties. Experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations)

- Process payroll and maintain payroll records

- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports

- Complete invoicing, billing, and file management

- Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation

- Assist with general office administration as needed

- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff

Qualifications

Required:

- 2–3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience

- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication skills

Preferred:

- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or utility industries

- Small business bookkeeping experience

Schedule

- Part-time

- Flexible hours (to be discussed)
