We are a 2nd generation, family owned and operated company dedicated to providing exceptional fire and life safety. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our organization and grow with us.
The position will handle invoicing, payment collection processes, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
· Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Assist walk-in and call-in customers with inquiries, appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
· Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not required (training available).
· Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Training provided for QuickBooks online if necessary.
· At least two years of administrative and clerical experience required.
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
