Job Summary:
We are hiring dedicated Data Entry Administrators to support our back-office operations. This role focuses on accurate and timely data entry using multiple internal systems. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
•Enter program and case data from various source documents into internal systems
•Handle special case entries including waiver transfers and age-based transitions
•Maintain accuracy and completeness of all data entered
•Generate reports and flag inconsistencies or issues
•Conduct database queries for analysis support
•Perform audits on entered data to ensure quality
•Participate in team projects and provide regular updates to management
•Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
•High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
•Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
•Strong 10-key typing skills with high accuracy
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
