We are looking for an individual with comprehensive understanding of Microsoft programs, to be able to create and maintain a multitude of excel spreadsheets. Someone who is able to work together as a team, and able to support multiple people. The job entails a great deal of as needed tasks, you would need to be flexible with your time and be able to prioritize deadlines.
Tasks would include providing clerical and administrative support to the team including filing, gathering data from timesheets for payroll, maintaining multiple spreadsheets, supporting management and special projects as needed.
Degree in business administration or relevant field, is preferred not required.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Able to work on own with a given task list.
