Real Alloy is actively seeking a candidate who will work in the role of office administrator at our Wabash Recycle mill facility. This fast paced position plays a key role in the day to day administration of the plant and includes all invoicing, tracking and monitoring of raw material inventories, month end reconciliations and submission of metals payable for payment. This role also provides administrative support to the plant manager and plant controller.

- Responsible for all administrations for Wabash Mill salt cake processing as it relates to sales and production tracking.
- Responsible for all invoicing, including tip fees and miscellaneous sales.
- Tracks and monitors raw material inventories based on receipts, material in-process and shipments.
- Monitors material receiving and shipping activity, plant processing activities, including mill production. Maintains and monitors computerized Oracle database and files.
- Reconciles revenues per billing to month end reports and prepares summary for Wabash.
- Reconciles monthly revenue to general ledger with plant controller.
- Reconciles monthly inventory package for plant controller.
- Oversee freight management system.
- Responsible for submitting metals payable package to accounts payable for entry and payment. Includes importing metal loads into Oracle.
- Oversee entry of receipts into Oracle.
- Prepares weekly report on sales and operations for corporate use.
- Maintains internal tracking logs for receipts and shipments.

HS diploma and 2 years business experience preferred.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage systems and procedures.
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills.
Strong decision making, analytical skills, and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Intermediate level of expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Oracle experience is considered a plus including Oracle 12 and Oracle Cloud.
Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven.
