This mature company is seeking an individual to oversee the financial management and administrative operations. We value precision, integrity, and proactive problem-solving, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team.
· Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
· Monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
· Preparation and filing of GST, PST, WCB, and other statutory remittances
· Assist with year-end financials and liaise with external accountants
· Prepare and submit T4s, ROEs, and other payroll-related documents using TeamPay ADP software
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
· Provide administrative support to management and staff
· Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
· Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations and tax filings
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
