We are seeking a highly motivated, independent individual with great organizational and leadership skills. This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years administrative experience, preferably with post secondary education. Must be a self-starter with a keen sense of detail and able to work alone with no supervision.
Quickbooks Online Proficiency - accounts payable, accounts receivable
ISNetworld and Complyworks - responsible for all safety audits, meetings, updates and manuals
Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize jobs, manage a fast-paced changing environment and resolve conflicts
General office duties including minimal janitorial tasks, assist in bid creations and tracking inventory. Working closely with manager in maintaining a successful relationship with clients and seeking ways to expand and support all business ventures.
